By requesting work you confirm that every fact you supply is true, and that government agencies make their own decisions.

Fees cover document preparation, translation, New York notarization, or apostille coordination as quoted. USCIS and court fees are paid by you to the government. Work begins after the agreed prepayment. You may cancel any contract within 3 business days and get back your documents and any money you paid. If you need work to start sooner, you may sign a written urgent-service waiver; the cancellation right then does not apply to work already performed.

If we made a preparation error, we correct the documents at no extra preparation fee. We do not refund government fees and we do not guarantee approvals.

Rush surcharges and published discounts apply as stated on the pricing page at the time of the quote.
