DOCROOM collects only what is needed to prepare your documents: contact details, identity information you choose to share, scans of supporting papers, and payment references. We do not sell personal data.

Files are used to complete the requested service, to contact you about that service, and to keep an archive of completed work for at least three years (we usually keep five) so we can resend copies on request and without a fee.

This website stores request drafts in your browser (local storage) so a form is not lost if you refresh. That copy never leaves your device unless you submit the form.
