Document recovery
We organize requests for lost or missing papers — vital records, court archives, school records, police certificates, and pension files. Agencies issue them; we prepare and follow the request.
About this service
Document recovery
When a certificate is missing, we do not print a replacement. We organize the request to the right archive or vital-records office — in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries, in New York City, and in every U.S. state that will accept a third-party request. Court archives, schools, police-clearance (no-criminal-record) certificates, certificates of life for a pension fund, and pension paperwork are in the same desk. Timelines belong to the issuing office.

Process
01
We name the archive
You describe what is missing. We list the offices that typically hold that record.
02
You authorize the request
We prepare the forms from your facts. You review and sign what the archive requires.
03
We follow, then you receive
We track the office. The original comes to you — or we hold it for the next step (apostille, translation, notary).
