How it works
A clear process from the first step to a finished packet.
No extra fuss and no false urgency. Five sequential stages — from the first message to a fully assembled document packet.
01
Reach out
Use Start now, the contact form, a call, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Tell us the form — or simply describe the situation in Russian or English.
02
We name the paperwork
You receive a list of forms that commonly match what you described, a preparation fee, and a timeline. If you are still abroad, we also name the usual visa paths and the papers each one typically needs.
03
You share the facts
You answer structured questions and send the documents, scans, and previously filed materials you already have. We work only with the information you provide — we do not invent anything or fill gaps “by meaning.”
04
Preparation
We prepare the forms according to official instructions, complete the translations, and, when needed, organize notarization. The timeline depends on the volume of work; standard requests are usually ready within three business days after we receive a complete set of documents and payment.
05
You review — we prepare for sending
We send the finished packet to you as a PDF by email, and originals by USPS when needed. You may file the documents yourself or ask us to send them — with your written consent and for an additional fee. We keep copies of the documents for at least three years, and in most cases up to five years.
Next step
Begin with a single message.
We will name the scope, the fee, and the timeline — before any payment.
Ten minutes is enough to understand the task. Paid consultation — $75
